Bhoot Box Office Day 4 Early Trends: Low Monday For Latest Horror Film

Bhoot Box Office: Vicky Kaushal starrer this Friday release Bhoot: Part 1 – The Haunted ship took a dip at the Box Office on Monday. The collections of the film were benefitted by Shivratri holiday on Friday but they were still not that good to see a drop of more than 50% on Monday.

Here the film has collected in 2-2.5 crores range as per early trends on Monday compared to 5.10 crores Friday which means the drop is in 50-60% range.

The 4 day business of the film is in 18.3618.86 crores range which is low. It would’ve been better if the film remained steady and could touch 20 crores mark by Monday.

It’s unlikely but the film has to remain rock steady and stay glued around 2 crores mark from here to cross 25 crores mark bare minimum by the end of the 1st week to have some chances for 2nd week.

New release Thappad starring Taapsee Pannu will take away a major share of Bhoot’s screens if it doesn’t hold up from here. The dent in 2nd-week collections will be big in that case and the lifetime business will struggle to cross 30 crores milestone.

Directed by debutante Bhanu Pratap Singh, Bhoot: Part 1 – The Haunted Ship is the first horror film of Vicky Kaushal and Dharma Productions. The film also stars Meher Vij, Ashutosh Rana. Bhumi Pednekar also features in a cameo.
